Before social media, we did events & exhibitions
We did, for seven years, and we stopped in 2020. Runway Rising ran in Delhi alongside Runway Bridal for weddings and HouseFull for home and décor — twenty-two editions, each with 100 to 150 designers and around 2,500 visitors.
All three shows were conceptualised and organised by Ramola Bachchan, a British-Indian designer and entrepreneur, Creative Director of the resort wear label First Resort and named Asian of the Year in 2004. Alongside them we produced private events and brand launches for some of the biggest names in luxury, motoring, watches and retail.
We have run social media full time since. The work has changed less than it appears — choosing who is worth showing, and showing them beautifully, was always the whole job.
